Bismaroo Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy (Australia)
Returns for Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- Items must be unused, in ‘as new’ condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
- Items must not have been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, used products cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Return requests must be approved before posting.
- Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging prior to return approval.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Bundles & Partial Refunds
If a refund is requested for part of a bundle, the original bundle discount will no longer apply.
- Items you keep will revert to their current individual sale price.
- Your refund will be calculated as the original bundle price minus the current price of the retained items.
Example (illustrative only):
- Bundle purchased for $150
- One item returned
- Remaining item current price: $80
- Refund issued: $70
Final refund amounts are calculated at the time your return is approved.
Australian Consumer Law (Important Information)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply regardless of any manufacturer’s warranty and cannot be limited or excluded.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bismaroo.com.au so we can assess the issue.
For faulty products:
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty.
- The product may be sent to our manufacturer’s inspection facility outside Australia for assessment.
- Once approved, a replacement product will be sent to your nominated address, or another remedy will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
All products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, commencing from the date of delivery or collection.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.
