Purchase and delivery process was very smooth; but, the product itself is probably not worth the price for what it currently is. There is good potential when improved.
Battery life is good. Water stream is powerful but thin, and as a result, it feels very painful on direct contact to the skin at any setting or pressure level. Feels like the water is going to rip through the skin and water splashes everywhere, making it pretty much useless to use without using other hand to redirect water in which case there is not enough flow of water to wash properly. Water stream needs to be a bit thicker and the pressure should be reduced for comfortable direct skin contact. Also, the water pipe should be a little more longer; when the can is pushed to the back wall then the pipe struggles to reach to the bottom when mounted at a comfortable position on the wall. In its current form, it is hard to recommend this product.

We're sorry to hear the spray pressure didn't suit your preference. During development, around 90% of the feedback we received on our previous model was that the pressure wasn't strong enough to clean effectively without using a hand. Because of this, we intentionally increased the pressure, and thankfully most customers now tell us they love the stronger cleaning performance.
We also intentionally kept the hose at its current length to provide enough reach while preventing excess hose from resting on the floor, helping keep it tidier and more hygienic.
That said, everyone's preferences are different, and we truly value your comments. We'll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue improving future versions of Bismaroo. Thank you again for your review.
